1. Theme Rebuild & CRO Foundation
• Started with a fresh Showcase (Native) theme setup.
• Reorganized homepage into CRO-led sections: New In scroll, Shop the Look, Testimonials, Shoppable Videos.
• Removed Exchanges & Returns block from homepage (moved to hamburger menu).

2. Navigation & Menu Structure
• Simplified menus for Mens (Topwear, Bottomwear, New In) and Womens (Tops, Shirts/Shrugs, Pants, Dresses, Skirts, New In).
• Added Shop by Men, Women & Tribe sections.
• Implemented collapsible mobile footer (similar to Freakins.com) for smooth browsing.

3. Homepage & Collection Enhancements
• Created scrolling carousels for New Arrivals, Best Sellers, Testimonials, Judge.Me reviews.
• Integrated Judge.Me reviews with brand-aligned colors and left-to-right scroll.
• Added Shop by Category and Shop the Reel sections.

• Custom-coded delivery status display within product templates.
• Added variant swatches (size as buttons) similar to Urbn World.
• Updated cart icon button styling for better UI.
• Added “Pairs Well With” product suggestions and video scrolls for styling on collection pages.

• Removed gradients from homepage sections; tested solid color blocks for cleaner segmentation.
• Adjusted icon sizing, button alignments, spacing, and paddings across mobile.
• Unified typography and button styles for brand consistency.
