  • Customer / Merchant: A Shopify merchant who installs or uses Zupli Cart

  • You: A merchant, user, or visitor of our Services

Important: Zupli Cart does not collect or store personal data of a merchant’s customers (store visitors or buyers). All data referenced below relates to the merchant, not their end customers.

We may collect the following information about merchants:

  • Name, business name, email address, and contact details

  • Shopify store details and account identifiers

  • Billing and payment-related information (processed via Shopify or payment partners)

  • Support communications

b. Non-Personal Data

We may collect:

  • Browser and device information

  • IP address and log data

  • Usage data related to app configuration and features

  • Aggregated and anonymized analytics data

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services
